Yes, we use SSL which means any details you submit through the site are encrypted. We don’t store any payment details on our servers, we use PayPal to process card payments.

No. Although being a member would allow you to get an extra 10% discount on all our flags.

We definitely want to make sure you receive your new FlagPak flag.

To change your shipping address, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on My Account at the top menu
  2. Login (if you are not already)
  3. Click on Addresses
  4. Click the Edit next to Shipping address
  5. Enter the new address
  6. Click on Save Address

And voila, all done! Just be sure to make the changes before the last day of the month to ensure that your box gets delivered to the correct address.

How do I find my tracking number?2019-03-20T11:04:42-04:00

Around the 10th of the month we send out an an e-mail with your USPS tracking number  attached, so you can zealously check when your shipment will arrive. If you can’t find the e-mail, check your spam folder or let us know and we’ll be happy to look it up for you. 

Just keep in mind that it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to receive your box for the month, so keep an eye out for that mailman!

We ship all our FlagPak products via USPS.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express through PayPal as well as PayPal.

Once we receive your initial order, it will be processed & shipped within two days. You will receive an email to say that your FlagPak is on its way.

If your order was processed on or before the 20th of the month you would be charged the 1st of the following month.

i.e. Orders processed on or before the 20th of April, your card would be charged on the 1st of May.

If your order was processed after 20th of the month, you would be charged the 1st of month after the next following month.

i.e. Orders processed after the 20th of April, your card would be charged on the 1st of June. 

When will I receive my order?2019-03-20T11:02:28-04:00

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. You will then receive a shipping confirmation. Once it is shipped, you can use your tracking number to check the USPS website. Orders shipped to a US address usually takes about 5-10 business days.

Will my gift subscription renew?2019-03-20T11:04:28-04:00

No, Flagpak will only charged you once for your gift subscriptions. We will include renewal instructions if the gift recipient wants to continue receiving FlagPak.

It will not automatically renew!
